Terms & Conditions:
A minimum 2-night stay is required over weekends. On long weekends we have a 3/4-night minimum stay.
No smoking inside the villa.
Pets allowed on request (subject to a cleaning fee of R1000).
Any damages incurred by the guest will be charged for.
Respect your neighbors’ peace and quiet. No noise after 10 pm.
Your booking total is calculated on the number of adults & children written on your original booking & invoice. Should extra visitors join you during your stay, you will be charged extra as per the daily rate indicated on your invoice per adult or child.
Cancellation Policy:
Big Sky Villa levies a 10% admin fee on any refunds processed. Full amount minus 10% admin fee refunded for cancellations. If cancelled within less than 30 days’ notice, we will only refund after we have filled the relevant cottage/s. Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R340 charge will be levied.
